About the founder

Paula Msiza is a mother and wife of 11 years. She obtained her first degree in Metallurgical engineering at the University of Johannesburg and worked in the mining industry for 13 years. She held positions  in technical sales throughout various regions in South Africa as a  manager and was instrumental in expanding the company's footprint in the Mineral Beneficiation sector. 

In 2019 she founded an Image Consultancy firm after obtaining her second degree in Fashion Retail Management. The firm helps individuals dress for success and communicate their personal brands effectively for life and business.

Her personal journey and the experience gathered while interacting with clients and women in her community inspired her to write the book Total makeover. The book serves as inspiration and encouragement for others to see their self limiting beliefs and to choose a more intentional approach to achieving their dreams.
